Your workspace
Your workspace is your company's space in Chatvia. It holds your agents, their knowledge, their chats and the people who work on them. This page is a map of the workspace pages, so you know where to find things and who can open them.
For example, a shop owner signs up, builds a support agent, and invites two support staff. The owner and the staff all work in the same workspace. The owner sees everything. The staff see only what their role allows.

The Workspace pages
Open your avatar in the top right corner and choose Workspace. The pages are grouped in the side menu:
| Group | Page | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Integrations | Connectors | Connect outside services your agents can use. See MCP connectors. |
| Functions | Let agents call your own systems. See Functions. | |
| API Keys | Keys for your developers. See API keys. | |
| Library | Prompts | Instructions you reuse across agents. See Prompts library. |
| People | Chatters | The people allowed to chat with your protected agents. See Chatters. |
| Governance & Security | Audit | A record of what your agents did with tools, and of sign-ins and changes. See Audit. |
| Security | Network rules, how long data is kept, a feed for your security team, and blocked visitors. See Security. |
Who sees what
The workspace owner is the person who created the workspace. The owner sees every page.
A teammate sees only the pages their role allows. For example, a teammate whose role has no API keys permission does not see API Keys in the side menu at all. If a role allows none of the Workspace pages, the Workspace item is not in the avatar menu. Roles are set by the owner. See Teams & roles.
Some things are only for the owner, whatever the role:
- Ask your data.
- The Create Agent button on the dashboard.
- Manage Teams: adding teammates, roles and teams.
- Download my data and Delete account in the account settings.
Enterprise features
A few settings on the Security page, and the CSV export of the audit logs, need an Enterprise license on your Chatvia install. Everything else works without one. See What Enterprise unlocks.
